8 Consultant is a notary company located in South Tangerang. The problems faced by the 8 Consultants are the large amount of asset data that is not recorded and the difficulty of calculating the depreciation and appreciation of each asset.

The Asset Management System was created based on the problems mentioned above. This application functions as an asset recording, location mapping, and calculation of depreciation or increase in value of each inputted asset. The application is equipped with an interactive dashboard and detailed reports. Also, equipped with notifications or reminders when assets depreciate or increase in value.
